Development Monitor is run by Justin Moore. Justin has 15 years experience as a policy analyst. He has spent most of his career developing evidenced-based policy at regulatory bodies. He has also worked as a volunteer researcher with Global Witness.
Justin is supported by Andrew Button, who is responsible for Development Monitor’s data analysis and visualisation. Andrew is an experienced data analyst and has undertaken projects for a range of public sector bodies.
